The frame, entirely made of first class ashwood, is assembled using interlocking pieces and marine grade glue. stainless 316 ASI steel nuts and bolts with nylon and teflon accessories. natural color and white laquered wood available on order.
The wood is treated with different kinds of laquers that not only protect the integrity of the product form atmospheric agents but also give it its characteristic color.
The fabric is PVC coated plastic yarn, available in various colors and customizable with a thermo welded writing on demand.
